Our previous correspondence regarding the EIA process for the 320MW RMPP Power Plant near Richards Bay refers. This letter serves to inform you, as registered interested and affected party (I&AP), that the EIA Report has been finalised and submitted to the Department of Forestry, Fisheries, and the Environment (DFFE) on 13 April 2021 for decision – making.
